Use of the Platform
IQ-TRAINER is a professional fitness platform intended for endurance athletes and coaches. The platform is not intended for personal health monitoring outside of structured coaching and training contexts. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on iq-trainer.com is the property of IQ-TRAINER. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Activity Data
Activity data you submit to the platform remains your property. By submitting activity data, you grant IQ-TRAINER a limited license to store and display that activity data to provide platform functionality. We do not claim ownership of your activity data.
Third-Party Integrations
IQ-TRAINER may in the future integrate with third-party fitness platforms and wearable device providers. Any such integrations will be clearly communicated, require your consent, and be governed by additional terms at the time of activation. No active third-party integrations currently exist.

IQ-TRAINER is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will meet all user expectations. The platform does not provide medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ-TRAINER and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
